伊藤博文は幕末の動乱期に幕府が定めた国是、鎖国を破ってイギリスに密航しました。後の世で「長州ファイヴ」と賞賛される長州藩の陰謀でした。
　Hirobumi Ito, samurai, or a warior of Choshu Han --- presently of Yamaguchi Prefecture --- Local Government, together with other 4 samurais, violated Japanese Central law of Edo, presently of Tokyo, prohibiting going abroad without the government's permission and visited United Kingdom. This happened in 1863.
